Hair must always be secured off the face & neck for ALL classes.
A classical ballet bun with hairpins & hairnet is required for Ballet levels II through advanced, and for Contemporary classes.
Pony tails are acceptable for Pre Dance, Pre Ballet, Primary, Ballet I & all Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop & Stretch classes.
Ballet Classes follow the Royal Academy of Dance requirements for examinations.

| Ballet II | – Sky Blue tank leotard with blue belt. – Pink leather ballet shoes with one elastic strap. No pink canvas shoes. – White ankle socks. Pink tights optional for class. – Full circle character skirt. Black canvas character shoes. No black leather character shoes. |
| Ballet III | – Burgundy tank leotard with burgundy belt. – Pink leather ballet shoes with one elastic strap (ribbons on shoes are no longer required by the RAD). No pink canvas shoes. – Pink tights. – Character flower headdress. – Full circle character skirt. Black canvas character shoes. No black leather character shoes. |
| Ballet IV-V | – Black tank leotard with black belt (No spaghetti straps for RAD exam). – Pink leather ballet shoes with one elastic strap (ribbons on shoes are no longer required by the RAD). No pink canvas shoes. – Pink tights. – Full circle character skirt.Black canvas character shoes. No black leather character shoes. Ballet IV & V may wear non regulation RAD tank leotard for classes, however, the leotard must be SOLID BLACK with no color. No halter neck leotards are permitted. |
| Intermediate & Advanced | – Black camisole leotard with black belt – Intermediate Foundation: Pink leather ballet shoes with pink satin ribbon. No pink canvas shoes. Pink pointe shoes with pink satin ribbon. Pink tights. – Intermediate: Pink Soft pointe shoes or Satin Demi-pointe shoes with pink ribbon. Pink canvas shoes may be worn for NON RAD syllabus classes. Pink tights. – Advanced: Pink Soft pointe shoes or Satin Demi-pointe shoes with pink ribbon. Pink canvas shoes may be worn for NON RAD syllabus classes. Pink tights. Intermediate & Advanced levels may wear non regulation RAD camisole leotard for classes, however, the leotard must be SOLID BLACK with no color. No halter neck leotards are permitted. |

| Tap | – Girls – any color leotard and black dance pants. – Boys – black dance pants with a white t-shirt that fits to show the body line. – Black Mary Jane or Oxford style Tap shoes. |
| Hip Hop | – T-shirts and shorts or track pants. NO jeans. – Only white soled tennis shoes. NO street shoes worn from outside. |
| Contemporary | – SOLID BLACK leotard of any style. No color on the leotard. – Pink convertible tights. – Tan canvas ballet shoes. |
| Teen/Adult Ballet | – Dance attire should be form fitting to allow the instructor to see posture and body alignment. Leotard, tights and a wrap ballet skirt are acceptable, or leggings and a form fitting t-shirt. – Pink or black ballet shoes with elastics. Pink ballet tights, pink canvas ballet shoes. – Hair secured off the face & neck. |
| Male Dancers | – Apparel that stretches or gives with movement. – Black jazz pants or cut-offs for jazz and tap with shirts. – Black tights or shorts for ballet with white fitted T-shirt and white socks. |
| Stretch & Strengthen | – SOLID Black leotard of any style. No color on the leotard. – Pink convertible tights. Bare feet. – Teacher will provide information on any “stretch band” to bring to class. – Warm up clothes may NOT be worn to Stretch class. |
